How to Free Up Memory on your BlackBerry Smartphone

My Bold 9000 app memory always falls under 15MB, even after a reboot! Hence lagging and requiring constant reboot/battery pull to free up some memory..

Crackberry has a great article on ways to free up that memory..

e.g.
- removing Voice Activated Dialing (I dont use it) which adds up to a little over 9MB..
- removing themes (700MB)
- removing Password Keeper (I didnt remove mind coz I actually use it)
- removing all the games, except ones you actually play (I only kept sudoku)
- remove Help app (i never used it)
- remove Push To Talk (I didnt find the cod file for this)
- remove any unused apps
- limit the number of themes (some themes can be more than 2MB)

ALWAYS BACK-UP FIRST!

PLUS you can shrink your OS to remove unwanted files such as language packs..
