Its available OTA at mobile.blackberry.com from your BB browser. It can be found in fun and games then themes. If its not listed there then its not compatible with your device, e.g. does not work for 4.5
(notice the profile icon is gone...this will make some people happy)
the dialogue button is new, but the menus and buttons are dimension default ...
Visit mobile.blackberry.com from your bb browser (don't forget that the browser populates the 'www' automatically, so make sure you are removing that prefix first.
