How to install WM6 on Treo750 using the boot loader method

• Download the file from the Palm site (Treo750_2_19_H3E_DesktopUpdater.zip)
• Open the file with WinRar and extract
• Open the extracted Treo750_2_19_H3E_DesktopUpdater.exe with WinRar.
• Look for the file CHEEIMG_FW.nbh and extract that file
• Rename to CHEEIMG.nbh
• Plug the Treo 750 into a power source
• Copy the CHEEIMG.nbh file onto the root folder of your miniSD card
• Press and hold both the PTT Button (lowest button on left side of device, under the volume buttons) + pin Reset (next to miniSD card slot).
• You will be prompted to press the End key (Red button) to start the update. This step takes about 10 minutes to complete.
• Your screen will show you the progress.
• Once update is complete hard reset the device, hold the End key while pressing the pin reset button.
• Answer “yes” to “Erase all data” prompt by pressing Up key.
• Your phone will reset.
• Follow instructions on the screen to set up WM6.
